White Knight Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support technicians, and uphold high service standards for our clients.

This leadership role requires reliability, pest control knowledge, and the ability to guide a professional team to excel in their roles. The position involves office openings, coordinating equipment maintenance, inventory management, technician training, and recruiting support.

Qualifications

• A valid Branch 2 Pest Control License with at least two years of experience.
• A valid Driver’s License for at least the past four years.
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 tickets in the past 3 years and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Oversee the opening of the office and manage technician activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Report and coordinate the repair of equipment and vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Assist in the distribution and management of product inventory.
• Facilitate weekly training sessions and in-field training for technicians.
• Lead, motivate, and guide technicians to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide support in recruiting and training new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to promote professionalism and teamwork.
