Job summary

American Pest is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of 8–12 technicians serving residential and commercial customers. You will ensure safety, quality, and consistent service while coaching team members and maintaining strong customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in the pest control industry, valid licenses, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations with a focus on reliability and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pest control or related field
• Current state pest control licenses/certifications
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 8–12 technicians across residential and commercial routes
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure safety and quality standards
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for technicians
• Ensure service activities and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with evaluating new customer needs and recommending pest management solutions
