White Knight Pest Control is hiring a Service Manager to oversee daily office operations, support technicians, and ensure top-tier service delivery to clients.

The role requires leadership, industry knowledge in pest control, and the ability to train and motivate a team while upholding company standards. In-person, full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Branch 2 Pest Control License with at least two years of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least the past four years.
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 tickets in past 3 years and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in past 3 years).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening of the office and manage technician activities for operational efficiency.
• Report and coordinate repair of equipment and vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Assist in distribution and management of product inventory.
• Facilitate weekly and in-field training sessions for technicians.
• Lead, motivate, and guide technicians to deliver exceptional service and uphold standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide support in recruiting and training new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote professionalism and teamwork.
• Champion initiatives to enhance customer retention and grow the customer base.
• Ensure technicians have resources to perform duties efficiently.
• Assist in development of technicians to meet branch objectives and customer expectations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Quarterly Bonuses ranging from $0-$700, with an annual potential of up to $8,400.
