Job summary

Pest Hunters is seeking a driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth in Northern Colorado. This is an independent contractor role with performance-based pay, commissioning you and your team on sales. You’ll recruit, train, and lead peers while shaping sales systems and strategy.

You’ll actively close new residential and commercial pest control accounts, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and pursue local partnerships to expand revenue. The role offers upside toward leadership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in pest control, home services, or door-to-door preferred.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, training, and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities; ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Directly sell to residential and commercial pest control accounts.
• Build and lead a sales team, develop scripts, and refine closing strategies.
• Manage pipeline, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM; pursue referrals.
• Drive partnerships with local businesses to expand reach.
• Provide market feedback to inform services and pricing.
