Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Virginia, offering a path to a high-earning sales career backed by a nationally recognized pest control brand. The role emphasizes inspecting homes, recommending protection plans, and building trusted relationships with customers.

You will complete 360 inspections, educate clients on findings, and manage schedules and pipeline to hit income and performance targets. Comprehensive benefits and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
