Job summary

Orkin is recruiting for a Sales Inspector position in the Lanham area. You will inspect homes, identify pest concerns, and present tailored protection plans to customers with a focus on service and trust.

Earn potential is uncapped with a strong base and commissions, plus a company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. This is a field role requiring travel and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; we cover training/licensing.
• We will comply with state and local laws in employment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct interior and exterior inspections.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns.
• Educate customers about findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on customer needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and outstanding customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
