Job summary

Orkin is seeking a driven Sales Inspector to protect homes in Roanoke, VA. You will perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, make strategic recommendations, and build trust with homeowners.

The role offers top earning potential with base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required. We cover training/licensing costs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
