Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform 360 home inspections, identify pest risks, and present tailored protection plans. You’ll educate homeowners on findings and recommended solutions while building lasting trust through professional service.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a company vehicle, with base pay plus uncapped commissions in a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. Training/licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
