Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners and close deals for termite protection services. You’ll perform 360‑degree inspections and clearly explain practical solutions to protect homes and families, building trust with customers and leveraging our brand strength.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification; training and licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve income and performance goals.
