Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to meet with homeowners for interior and exterior home inspections, identify pest risks, and educate customers on findings and solutions. You will design customized protection plans and build trust through professional consultations and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
