Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to build trust and explain findings clearly.
• Willingness to inspect homes in attic/crawl spaces and in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
