Nuclear Pest Control in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Pest Control Sales Representative who blends technical know-how with exceptional customer service. This field role focuses on consultative selling, territory development, and community outreach to deliver effective pest management for homes and businesses.

You will prospect, evaluate on-site, quote services, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with technicians to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in pest control, home services, HVAC, or route-based industries.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with field work, door-to-door canvassing, and community outreach events.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, events, and referrals.
• Consultative on-site evaluations, identify pest pressures, and recommend tailored plans.
• Quoting, contracting, explaining scope and pricing, and closing sales.
• Coordinate service scheduling with technicians and manage client relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and pursue monthly and quarterly targets.
