Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Nashville, Tennessee is looking for a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses. You will identify customer needs, tailor proposals, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, responding to leads, preparing specs in compliance with laws, and maintaining company vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and propose tailored solutions.
• Respond to and pursue sales leads within the branch and territory.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in line with laws and policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle per Vehicle Policy.
