Orkin is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Pro team on a route-based Pest Control position. You’ll receive award-winning training and a career that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer service.

No prior pest control experience is required; a valid driver’s license is needed and a pesticide license can be obtained within 90 days (company paid). A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticides license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and explain actions taken
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy
