No prior pest control experience is required—training begins on day one, and youll receive a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits as you build your career.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we teach you the skills you need.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers at their homes or businesses.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide high-level pest control service on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills and knowledge.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss service options.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customers property and perform required tasks.
• Complete all service-related documentation on handheld device.
