Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become an Orkin Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet customers in their homes or businesses to explain actions and ensure satisfaction.
• Document all service activities accurately on a handheld device.
