Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Orkin Pro to protect homes and businesses from pests. You’ll start with award-winning training and progress through daily route operations, scheduling, and treatment planning.

This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, empathy, and innovation while serving customers in a preferred territory. No prior pest control experience is required; a driver’s license is necessary, and you’ll receive company-paid pesticide license training within 90 days.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally protect customers on a designated service route
• Complete our training and apply skills to diagnose issues and plan treatments
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services
• Follow a route schedule and ensure timely arrival at each location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment
• Document service activities on a handheld device for speed and accuracy
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and integrity with customers
