Job summary

Orkin is hiring for an on-route Pro to protect customers’ properties with professional pest management. You’ll receive award-winning training, a company vehicle with gas card, and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven company.

No industry experience is required; a valid driver’s license is a must and you’ll learn to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days at company expense. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve customers
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it and the equipment
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Document all service-related information in a handheld device
