Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Orkin Pro to deliver professional pest control service on designated routes. You will start with award-winning training and support to ensure safe, effective treatment planning and customer satisfaction.

No industry experience is required to start a career with Orkin, a trusted brand with a long history and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include following schedules, operating company vehicles safely, maintaining professionalism, and communicating actions to customers

Qualifications

• No experience required—we’ll train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
