Job summary

Orkin in Lamar, CO is seeking an Orkin Pro to deliver safe, effective pest control services along a designated route. Training is provided; no prior pest control experience required.

You’ll work with customers in their homes or businesses, diagnose issues, and apply solutions while upholding safety and professionalism. Eligible candidates start with competitive pay ($23–$24/hour), plus a company vehicle, gas card, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently on route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property — we teach you how!
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services that would give customers peace of mind about pest management
