Job summary

Orkin is seeking an organized, customer‑facing Orkin Pro to deliver high‑quality pest protection on a designated service route. You’ll start with award‑winning training; no industry experience required; you’ll grow with safety, professionalism and empathy.

You’ll use a company vehicle with a gas card, earn $21–$23 per hour, and enjoy comprehensive benefits, paid time off and opportunities to advance within Orkin.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training to learn the skills needed to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and arrive on time at each location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean.
• Explain actions to customers and discuss additional services.
• Complete all service documentation on a handheld device.
