Orkin is seeking individuals to join as an Orkin Pro. No industry experience is required; extensive winner training is provided to ensure safety, professionalism, and effective pest protection for customers’ homes and businesses.

You will learn route-based service delivery, operate company vehicles, and communicate actions taken with clients. Orkin offers competitive earnings, paid training, benefits, and career growth opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you to become a Pro.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in businesses or homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn skills and knowledge to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property; training provided.
• Complete all service-related documentation on a handheld device.
