Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; paid training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services on a designated service route with safety first.
• Complete required training and apply learned skills on the job.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within assigned territory.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and equipment and document service activity.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services.
