Job summary

Orkin is hiring Pro technicians to deliver high-level pest protection on assigned service routes. The role starts with award-winning training, and there is no prior pest control experience required.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve customers
• Follow a safe, schedule-driven route within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services
• Complete required service documentation on a handheld device
