Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform climbing/crawling tasks.
• Wear PPE and OSHA-compliant respirator as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection with clear communication and customer focus.
• Identify pest issues inside homes or businesses; trainings provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to keep customers secure.
• Follow safety protocols while servicing, handling equipment, and applying treatments.
• Log findings and customer interactions using handheld devices.
