Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Willing to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside, with full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to keep customers informed.
• Follow safety protocols while handling equipment and applying treatments.
• Log findings and service reports using handheld devices.
