Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as Orkin Pros. If you have a strong customer service background and are willing to train in pest control, you can start with paid training from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE, which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and propose services to keep customers informed and secure.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing services and using equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while adhering to best practices.
• Log findings and service reports using handheld devices.
