Qualifications

• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning, company-paid training to operate a pest-control service route.
• Prepare and install home services (attics, crawlspaces, Leaf Guard, radiant heat barrier).
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within territory.
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Act as a problem solver to determine the best pest solution for each customer.
• Complete service-related documentation using a hand-held device.
