Orkin is hiring Pro technicians to protect homes and businesses with industry-leading training. No pest control experience is required; you’ll receive award-winning training, a company vehicle with gas card, and ongoing development to build a rewarding career.

You’ll work on a designated service route, prioritize safety, complete all documentation on a handheld device, and discuss additional services with customers to deliver peace of mind about pest management.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on field-based route assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and educate on pest management.
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
