Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance visits, inspect for pest activity, apply treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain accurate service records, communicate with the office, and uphold company policies while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Must be 21+ years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential function).
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements and use technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
