Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions, based in Maryland, is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance. You will inspect for pest activity, perform interior and exterior treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to communicate treatment plans to customers and office staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining service records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness.
• Follow safety standards and use technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
