Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell leading pest management services to residential customers. You will represent the national brand locally, assessing customer needs and applying expertise to close sales while protecting homes and families.

The role requires visiting homes, collaborating with service teams, and developing proposals to grow revenue within the assigned territory. Travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams and share insights for customer fit.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations and ensure quality.
• Log daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
