Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing client needs and proposing pest control solutions to grow the business.

Expect a base salary with uncapped commissions, opportunities for top earnings, and full benefits. Travel within assigned territory is common as you build relationships and close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and enhance household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear client understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge for new service installations.
