Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in Durham, NC to sell residential pest management services and products while delivering customer-focused service.

You will assess customer needs, perform expert analyses, and close sales with a focus on home protection and family safety. The role emphasizes visual inspections, upselling maintenance, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers
• Visually inspect homes for pests and issues
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services
• Complete home diagrams and follow up on proposals to close sales
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations and ensure customer satisfaction
