Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a driven Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management solutions. You will assess homes, advise on pest prevention, and build relationships in your local community.

Expect to collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians, as you develop proposals and optimize service installations. Travel up to 100% of time within territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and expand services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expertise for service installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales progress in the Sales CRM.
