Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services. You will protect homes and families by assessing needs and delivering tailored pest control solutions with a strong focus on customer service.

Travel within the assigned territory is required, and you’ll work with a team to grow the business. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with ON-TARGET earnings of $60,000+ and top earners over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and close sales opportunities.
• Record home diagrams and customer data in CRM to clarify challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to secure new business.
• Support service installations with product knowledge and guidance.
