Job summary

Orkin in Cleveland is hiring for a field Pro to install pest protection systems and perform attic and crawlspace services. You don't need prior pest control experience; we provide paid training and a path to leadership.

Candidates should have construction, roofing, HVAC or maintenance background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The role includes customer communication and reports via handheld device; company vehicle and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training paid by company).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
