Orkin Ohio is hiring motivated individuals for a hands-on pest control role in Westerville. No prior pest control experience is required—the company’s award-winning paid training will teach you everything you need to know.

You’ll inspect and install pest protection systems, perform attic and crawlspace services, and interact with customers while maintaining equipment and completing reports. Competitive pay starts at $20+ per hour with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation
• Light carpentry work
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device
