Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest and home protection team. You will inspect and install systems, work with a crew, and perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.

The role includes light carpentry, clear customer communication, and tracking work via handheld devices. We offer paid training with no prior pest control experience required, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC or maintenance is preferred and welcomed.
• Ability to work with a crew and follow safety protocols in a field environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days with company-supported training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
