Job summary

Orkin in Ohio is seeking motivated individuals for hands-on roles in pest control and home protection services. No prior pest control experience is required, as a paid training program will teach you everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities include inspecting and installing pest control systems, completing attic and crawlspace services, light carpentry, clear customer communication, and keeping equipment and reports up to date with handheld devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
