Lush Lawn in Waterford Charter Township, MI seeks an energetic Pest Sales Representative to generate residential and commercial pest control business, present customized solutions, and close sales.

This role focuses on building long‑term customer relationships, educating customers on pest activity and prevention, and meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. Hourly pay plus weekly commission and a bonus plan, with opportunities to grow in a vibrant, customer‑focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Prior inside sales or outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold calling, cancels, community events, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct on-site property inspections to identify pest concerns and recommend treatment plans.
• Educate customers on pest activity, prevention methods, and available treatment options.
• Prepare accurate estimates and present service agreements that meet customer needs.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to maximizing sales conversion.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and document all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Stay current on pest control products, treatment methods, industry trends, and company services.
