Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Livonia, MI to drive sales of pest control services and inspect properties for infestation risks. You will present proposals, respond to leads, and schedule treatments with a focus on customer service and safety.

The role offers a base hourly pay of $18.00 plus uncapped commissions, with typical earnings between $60,000 and $90,000 annually, reflecting performance and opportunities for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, and make proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory and generate additional opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to Vehicle Policy.
