Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Livonia, MI to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored options, and build lasting relationships to deliver service and long-term value.

The role requires 6+ months in sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work from customer sites. Base pay is hourly with uncapped commission and strong earning potential from $60,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to access tight spaces in residences and businesses.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and proactively generate additional opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in line with laws, regulations and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and follow the Vehicle Policy.
