You will deliver hands-on service and precise documentation for every job. This role requires 1+ years of customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate ladders and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with construction-related tasks, including ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• State-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
