Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Hawaii is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will combine hands-on service delivery with strong customer care to ensure high-quality results and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high‑quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
