Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician in Centennial, CO to deliver specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will provide exceptional customer care, ensure accurate documentation, and perform service delivery with safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Ability to operate ladders and power tools safely.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features and benefits to customers.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to procedures.
