Job summary

Ecolab offers a field-based Pest Control Technician role with a 7-week paid training program, supporting pest elimination and fumigation for hospitality and commercial sectors. Company provides travel arrangements to Saint Paul, MN for training and pays for travel-related expenses.

Eligible for comprehensive benefits Day 1, including health insurance and 401(k) with company match. Position requires travel to Winston-Salem, NC area, overnight travel during peak season, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends.
Anticipate 50% or more overnight travel for business during peak season.
Must be able to obtain TWIC card and CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
Ability to obtain required pest certification and fumigation licensing.

Responsibilities

Identify and solve pest problems for hospitality and other commercial customers.
Stay updated on product/service offerings to enhance pest prevention/elimination solutions.
Use handheld equipment to manage service records and conduct readings during fumigations.
Assist with fumigation process including sealing, tarping, and aeration.
