Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Pest Control Technician to support pest elimination and fumigation for hospitality and commercial clients. The role includes a 7-week paid training program and license assistance, with travel to Saint Paul, Minnesota for training. The position may require travel to Winston-Salem, NC area.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years of work or military experience required.
Current and valid Driver's License required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Willingness to be on-call during off hours and weekends.
Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Work with customers in hospitality and commercial businesses to identify and solve pest problems.
Stay informed about Ecolab's product/service offerings and industry conditions to improve pest prevention/elimination solutions.
Use handheld equipment to manage service records and document pest issues; monitor fumigation readings.
Assist with fumigation process including sealing, tarping, fumigation, readings, and aeration/de-gassing.
Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS for hazardous chemicals used.
Inspect and use PPE properly and follow OSHA guidelines.
Operate fumigation management equipment and record data as required.
