Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Technician to perform interior and exterior pest control during maintenance visits, inspecting properties and delivering exceptional customer service. You will explain treatments, maintain records, and coordinate with the office while following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Requires a valid driver’s license and 21+ years old; training and licensing are provided.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
