Applicants should have 1+ years in customer service, be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving, and complete state-required pest control training if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
